Nope, not at all! In my opinion, learning to put together a capsule wardrobe is a critical component of building a larger, cohesive wardrobe. If you can’t make a few pieces work together in many different ways, it’s gonna be much harder to do it with a lot more pieces.

I would still like to take a look at your clothes and make sure that is absolutely true. Unless you are reading this naked, you probably do have some clothes, and even if you don’t think they work at the moment, they may work with a few adjustments. We may be able to get some altered, or some things may just work with some of your new clothes - you never know! If you do need to start from scratch completely, we can do that, just know that you will need the funds to make those purchases as well.

I’m a little biased, but I’m of the opinion that you should spend money on the stylist (that’s me, in case that wasn’t clear ;) ). The knowledge you will get from working with me will serve you not only for the clothes you wear tomorrow, but for the clothes you will wear 20 years from now. Investing in your knowledge now will make your next purchases much better investments.

I will, on occasion, make purchase recommendations if I believe they are necessary, but only as part of a styling service. Unlike other stylist services, I believe that learning to work with that you already have first is critical to building a successful wardrobe. If I just shop for you every time you need new clothes and not take inventory of what you already have, I can’t know for sure that they will work with your current clothes, and they may not be a good investment for your money.

Everyone’s budget is different, but at a minimum I recommend you have about $300 USD available for a few new pieces, should you need them.

Yes! I’ve built full successful capsules using only what the person already has in their closet. You’ll just need to send me pictures of everything you have to work with!

You have until 24 hours before your appointment to make any changes. Please note that if you do have to reschedule, I can’t guarantee that I’ll have any availability close to your original appointment date, but I will always find a future time to work with you.

No; I can’t take installment payments without charging additional fees, which would only make the service more expensive to you in the long run.

Cancellations can be made free of charge for a period of 24 hours after booking. All other cancellations will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the reserved service.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, your cancellation fee can be applied to future bookings.

Sure! Just make sure to let me know while we are still on the call, otherwise I won’t be able to pivot and you’ll have to re-book. Since the preparation for each service is slightly different, I may not get to see everything in your closet that I need to, so I’ll ask you to take and send me photos or the items you want to include in your package after the call.

You will receive your outfits or capsule proposal 7-10 business days after of our one-on-one call. You will need nothing more than a PDF reader to view it. You have 7 days from the day you receive your proposal to request any edits or changes, and you'll receive a response within two business days. If you book the capsule wardrobe package, you’ll have 30 days from when you receive your last edit to book your follow-up call.

No. If I make a purchase recommendation, it’s because I really believe it will enhance your wardrobe. Unlike low-cost styling services that make money when you purchase something, my services take a much more comprehensive look at your wardrobe. As such, I will probably recommend far fewer purchases than other services, but you can rest assured that whatever I recommend will really work with your wardrobe.

If you book the capsule wardrobe package, you have 30 days from when you receive your last edit to book your follow-up call.

That’s why you get two rounds of edits! I want you to be happy with the finished product, so if something is not quite vibing, send me an email and state specifically: what you don’t like, what your hesitations are, and how you think your proposal could be improved. I’ll take your feedback and make adjustments!

I want to share a realization I’ve had that has significantly impacted my personal style: Confidence does not come from having a ‘better’ or ‘perfect’ body, it comes from knowing that our bodies will never be ‘perfect’, and choosing to love them and enjoy them anyway.

Everyone has insecurities, even the person you believe has the perfect body. The tools that you will learn by working with me will help you no matter what size or weight you are, and will show you that you can feel confident in your clothes no matter what.
